Terms of Service

1) There is no long term contract. This agreement is on an "at will basis". Just let us know and we will cancel your plan as of the first of the following month. We are confident that once you start using Blue Collar Concierge, you won't know how you lived without us! 

2) For weekly visits, we schedule 2 customers per hour. We will visit four times per month at the same  prearranged time each week. If you choose two visits per month we schedule one customer per hour and visit 2 times per month. 

3) If you are unavailable for a visit simply call us ahead of time and we can reschedule. If you are not home when we come by at your scheduled time unfortunately the appointment will be forfeited. 

4) We are happy to run to the hardware store to purchase any needed items. We charge 10% of the purchase price, with a minimum of $5.
